Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Qualified Residential Solar Energy System Offer Promotion (the “November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer”).
Eligibility Requirements: The November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer is open to any residential customer (the “Participant”) who: (1) personally receives an invitation from a qualifying residential solar energy system installer (“Qualified Installer,” as further defined below) or a Qualified Installer-authorized sales representative to participate in the November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer during the Promotional Period; (2) signs a new qualifying solar energy system purchase or lease agreement (“Qualifying Agreement,” as further defined below) for a qualified residential solar project with a Qualifying Installer; and, (3) receives the contracting Qualified Installer’s approval of the Participant’s Qualifying Agreement during the Promotional Period (as defined below). Invitations are only valid from Qualified Installers or their Qualified Installer-authorized sales representative, and invitations to participate from any other third parties will not be accepted or qualify for this promotion (including the Offer Reward (defined below)).
By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to any and all Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers for the Qualified Installer. The Participant hereby agrees that, by participating in the November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer, he or she has reviewed and agrees to any such applicable disclaimers, and conditions, and other terms for Promotional Offers (“Offer Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers”) for the applicable Qualified Installer. Except as provided expressly herein, any such applicable Offer Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers constitute the entire understanding and agreement between SolarLeadFactory LLC and the Qualified Installer, on the one hand, and the Participant, on the other hand, related to the November2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer, and supersede any and all other agreements, whether written or oral, related to the November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the applicable Offer Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers.
By providing the Participant’s contact information to SolarLeadFactory LLC in connection with this November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer during the Promotional Period, the Participant hereby agrees that: (1) SolarLeadFactory LLC may provide the Participant’s information to a Qualified Installer; and, (2) the Participant agrees to SolarLeadFactory LLC’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as well, including, but not limited to, to be contacted by phone call, pre-recorded, and/or text message by automated telephone technology (even if the Participant’s telephone or mobile number is currently listed on any state, federal or corporate “Do Not Call” list) at the telephone or mobile number that the Participant has provided by up to four (4) of the following solar installers (including but not limited to the Qualifying Installer) or their authorized agents on their behalf.
This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by any Qualified Installer. Customers of Qualified Installers who have purchased a solar energy system through a wholesale retailer may be excluded from participation in the November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer. Offer available to new customers only. Must be a homeowner. Offer may change at any time. Not valid with any other offers or discounts. Application required. Subject to credit approval.
Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on November 1, 2021, through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 30, 2021, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 30, 2021.
Offer Reward: The Qualified Installer will apply a $2,000 instant rebate to the purchase price of any Qualifying Agreement for each eligible Participant (“Offer Reward”). The Offer Reward is subject to the following: (1) Offer may change at any time and is subject to the terms and condition of the Qualifying Installer; (2) Subject to the Participant’s credit approval; (3) The Participant must be a homeowner. (4) Application required. (5) Not valid with any other offers or discounts. (6) Qualifying Agreement must be signed by November 30, 2021. (7) May be subject to system size limitations, as specified by the Qualifying Installer .
Qualifying Agreement: Qualifying Installers will specify the solar energy system purchase, lease, or pre-payment agreement(s) that are Qualifying Agreement(s) under the November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer. The Participant agrees to confirm with the Qualified Installer whether any solar energy system purchase, lease, or pre-payment agreement is a Qualifying Agreement for this November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer prior to entering into any such agreement.
Qualified Installer: The Participant agrees to confirm with any residential solar energy system installer that it is a Qualifying Installer under this November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer (and otherwise will qualify for this November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer) prior to entering into any agreement with such installer.
This offer is made by participating Qualified Installers only. Except as expressly provided herein, these Promotional Terms & Conditions constitute the entire understanding and agreement of SolarLeadFactory LLC and Qualifying installers, on the one hand, and Participant, on the other, and supersede and extinguish all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter. SolarLeadFactory LLC and the Qualifying installers reserve the right, at each of their sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the November 2021 $2,000 Instant Rebate Solar Offer, or substitute the Offer Reward for any reason.
