Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the Spring 2021 $1,000 Qualified Residential Solar Energy System Offer Promotion (the “Spring 2021 Solar Offer”).
Eligibility Requirements: The Spring 2021 Solar Offer is open to any residential customer (the “Participant”) who: (1) personally receives an invitation from a qualifying residential solar energy system installer (“Qualified Installer,” as further defined below) or a Qualified Installer-authorized sales representative to participate in the Spring 2021 Solar Offer during the Promotional Period; (2) signs a new qualifying solar energy system purchase or lease agreement (“Qualifying Agreement,” as further defined below) for a qualified residential solar project in the state of California with a Qualifying Installer; and, (3) receives the contracting Qualified Installer’s approval of the Participant’s Qualifying Agreement by August 31st, 2021. Invitations are only valid from Qualified Installers or their Qualified Installer-authorized sales representative, and invitations to participate from any other third parties will not be accepted or qualify for this promotion (including the Offer Reward).
By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to any and all Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers for the Qualified Installer. The Participant hereby agrees that, by participating in the Spring 2021 Solar Purchase Offer, he or she will review and does agree to any such applicable Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers for the Qualified Installer. Except as provided expressly herein, any such applicable Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers constitute the entire understanding and agreement between SolarLeadFactory and the Qualified Installer, on the one hand, and the Participant, on the other hand, related to the Spring 2021 Solar Offer, and supersede any and all other agreements, whether written or oral, related to the Spring 2021 Solar Offer. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the applicable Offer Terms and Conditions.
By providing the Participant’s contact information to SolarLeadFactory, LLC in connection with this Spring 2021 Solar Offer during the Promotional Period, the Participant hereby agrees that: (1) SolarLeadFactory, LLC may provide the Participant’s information to a Qualified Installer; and, (2) the Participant agrees to SolarLeadFactory, LLC’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as well.
This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by any Qualified Installer. Customers of Qualified Installers who have purchased a solar energy system through a wholesale retailer may be excluded from participation in the Spring 2021 Solar Purchase Offer. Offer available to new customers only.
Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from June 1st, 2021, to June 30th, 2021, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on June 30th, 2021.
Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $500 Visa® Reward Card (or similar compensation), to be issued in a form to be determined by the relevant Qualified Installer in its sole discretion (the “Offer Reward”). Reward Cards are issued by U.S. Bank National Association pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards are not: redeemable for cash, for use at automated gasoline pumps or for cash withdrawals at ATMs. Reward Cards expire 6 months after issuance. The Offer Reward shall be payable 4 to 8 weeks after: (1) installation has been completed on the Participant’s Solar Facility; and, (2) confirmation that Participant’s Customer Agreement with the Qualifying Installer are in good standing as defined in the Customer Agreement between the Qualified Installer and the Participant. The applicable Qualified Installer shall be solely liable for paying any Offer Reward. Participant agrees that SolarLeadFactory, LLC shall have no obligation to pay any Offer Reward to any Participant in any circumstance.
Qualifying Agreement: Qualifying Installers will specify the solar energy system purchase, lease, or pre-payment agreement(s) that are Qualifying Agreement(s) under the Spring 2021 Solar Offer. The Participant agrees to confirm with the Qualified Installer whether any solar energy system purchase, lease, or pre-payment agreement is a Qualifying Agreement for this Spring 2021 Solar Offer prior to entering into any such agreement.
Qualified Installer: The Participant agrees to confirm with any residential solar energy system installer that it is a Qualifying Installer under this Spring 2021 Solar Offer (and otherwise will qualify for this Spring 2021 Solar Offer) prior to entering into any agreement with such installer.
This offer is made by participating Qualified Installers only. Except as expressly provided herein, these Promotional Terms & Conditions constitute the entire understanding and agreement of SolarLeadFactory, LLC and Qualifying installers, on the one hand, and Participant, on the other, and supersede and extinguish all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter. SolarLeadFactory, LLC and the Qualifying installers reserve the right, at each of their sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the Spring 2021 Solar Offer, or substitute the Offer Reward for any reason.
